FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different, so pricing depends on the type of work, materials needed, and the scope of the project. We provide clear, upfront pricing before work begins with no surprise charges. We are committed to fair, competitive pricing and quality workmanship. For larger, more involved projects, we're happy to provide a detailed estimate so that you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, we start by learning more about the project and what they need. This usually begins a quick conversation or site visit so we can understand the scope of the work and answer any initial questions. Next, we assess the details of the job, including materials, timing, and any special requirements. From there, we provide a clear, upfront estimate so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time and keep you updated throughout the process. After the job is completed, we make sure everything meets expectations and are available for any follow-up questions or additional support if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold journeyman plumbing and journeyman electrician licenses in Massachusetts, which required completing formal apprenticeship programs that combine extensive on-the-job training with classroom instruction. This training covered electrical theory, plumbing systems, code compliance, safety practices, and proper installation and troubleshooting techniques. In addition to our licensing education, we have years of hands-on field experience working on residential and commercial projects. This combination of structured training and real-world work has given us a strong foundation to safely and effectively handle a wide range of plumbing and electrical work while staying up to date with Massachusetts codes and industry standards.
