Our refrigerator was failing on a Friday morning, and all of our appliance repair options seemed booked out for days. This pro offered to check out our problem the same Friday evening for a very reasonable service-call fee. He explained the problem and although his advice was to buy a new fridge (the repair would have cost close to the cost of a new appliance), at least we knew what to do. He was polite and hard-working.

The dryer was not warm and did not dry my clothes. I found Segii on app and I called him. He was very responsive and on time. He checked the dryer and found the issue. He fixed it in 1 hour. It was so fast. Definitely recommended!
