Sezo was hired to complete a dishwasher that was not properly installed, a beverage refrigerator, and a portable A/c unit. He was responsive and professional in all interactions. Although we were not able to complete the a/c installation due to circumstances outside of his control, he researched alternative solutions and shared videos. I was satisfied with the work that he did and appreciated his professionalism throughout the process.

I called for help during a crisis of need vrs time. I had out of country guests arriving and my washer working was imperative. My washer was stuck not working with water and laundry in it! I needed immediate help. SS Appliance gave me a small window of arrival and actuall arrived early. The tech diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it with equal efficiency. The tech was courteous, respectful, polite, clean with his work and the answer to prayer. He was great in every way. I highly reccomend this company!
