Sezo responded, with in 5 minutes of my post, on a Saturday morning at 7:30am. I explained to him the issues I was having with the loud humming noise I was having on my Whirlpool Gold Fridge and freezer unit, he said he could fix it today between 2-4pm, so we scheduled it. Sezo arrived 20 min early and began defrosting the freezer and replacing a sensor, which he had with him. Sezo was very professional and his price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their appliances serviced in our area.

Sezo from SS Appliance was fantastic! He took great care in diagnosing the exact issue with our 9-year-old Samsung washer. He was thorough, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. The price for the home visit was fair and transparent. Unfortunately, the parts needed for the repair were quite expensive given the age of the machine, so we ultimately decided to replace it instead. That said, I really appreciated Sezo’s honesty and the time he took to walk us through our options. I would highly recommend SS Appliance to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled appliance repair service!
