Sezo repaired my dishwasher and offered to look into how much it would cost to replace the lower rack since he noticed I had some broken pegs on the one I had. After initially diagnosing the issue, I needed to wait for parts to arrive, but once they were available, he scheduled the return repair visit very quickly! He was knowledgable and his rates were reasonable. I would definitely hire Sezo again in the future!

Because you are so busy, I had to wait an extra day to get my refridgerator repaired(compressor replaced). However your tech did a very good job. He was very polite and professional.
