SS Appliance was great to work with. They came out same day to inspect why my oven was not working. They also cleaned up behind the stove which was pretty filthy. They let me know what was wrong, ordered the parts and came back to install 2 days later. They were fast, efficient, did great work and just oven is working again. Will be hiring them for any future appliance needs.

Sezo repaired my dishwasher and offered to look into how much it would cost to replace the lower rack since he noticed I had some broken pegs on the one I had. After initially diagnosing the issue, I needed to wait for parts to arrive, but once they were available, he scheduled the return repair visit very quickly! He was knowledgable and his rates were reasonable. I would definitely hire Sezo again in the future!

Because you are so busy, I had to wait an extra day to get my refridgerator repaired(compressor replaced). However your tech did a very good job. He was very polite and professional. I am writing this just after he left so it will take awhile before my fridge is cooled back down but all seems well.
