- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do Charge a $60 Service fee which covers my fuel, tools, insurance, etc. And depending on job I charge by my hourly of $65hr, or an estimate of a project or square footage. Not including the material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Like to set a date to meet. And if the job is small enough I can see what I need and get it done, or if it's a bigger job, I give a rough estimate and schedule a date to start job. Email and texting work best for sharing info back and forth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a small town where everyone knows a little of everything. I worked as a maintenance guy for a cannery for 4 years learning some plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical, to working construction 5 years learning carpentry, drywall, painting, doors, framing etc.
