Drake Elliot was very responsive to my reaching out and returning my message to schedule the work that I needed. Lack of communication and knowledge , on my part, I had know idea that flood light/ security camera, would not work without internet connection?? I contacted Drake the next day and he came back to check it out! he did return the next day on schedule.. and he realized that I did not have internet!! because I needed Internet for it to work after the installation.. but what did I know?? I should have ask more questions.. not blaming Drake! Thanks Drake for your understanding and usually most people have internet lol😁 well I do now😁and now have do download app to get this flood light to work!! Live and Learn😆 I will be calling Drake for more work in the future.. Thanks again!!
