I had a very good experience on my water heater replacement project with Pablo. From start to finish he was very responsive, communicated clearly, picked up the unit, installed and hauled away the old unit...he said he would guarantee his work for an year (hopefully we needn't bother), but it's nice to have that assurance. I will definitely use Pablo for any future plumbing needs.

I rarely take the time to write a review but this time I am making an exception. My entire interaction with Pablo can be summarized as "extraordinary". After moving to Boston and being a novice new homeowner, I did not pay much attention to the fact that our water heater/boiler was almost 13 years old at the time of purchase. On a random day when I was doing laundry, I discovered that the hardwood floor boards were wet with dirty rust colored fluid. I then traced the source to the water heater hidden in the closet. I then searched on Thumbtack for a plumber and Pablo responded immediately. He saw my photos and was able to expertly diagnose the issue. He came to my home on the same day of my post, provided a very affordable and realistic quote, and got the job done within 2 days. I was very impressed with his workmanship, cordiality, and dedication. I feel that he is very trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend him without any reservations!

Pablo did a great job ! He was even willing to come out a day sooner to help get the job done quicker... he does the whole service from start to finish which includes picking up the new water heater delivering it, taking out the old one, installing the new one and taking the old one out ,so we didnt have to worry about any cleanup or how we were getting the old water heater out of our basement. He also installed a new shut off valve since we didnt have one for the water heater... his pricing was affordable and we will definitely be calling him for some future projects... I definitely reccomend Pablo.
