Introduction: McCraine Training offers in-home personal training, which involves strength training, nutrition coaching, accountability, and the convenience of being right in your own home. I make sure my clients are held accountable to their weekly workouts, a customized meal plan, monthly step competitions with other clients, and having fun on the off days. You will utilize the TRX, bands, boxing gloves, and many more portable training tools to get a great workout. McCraine Training is an in-home personal training program for people of all ages and abilities. It is my mission to instill healthy values in individuals who are seeking a lifestyle improvement. I believe that wellness is multifaceted and each individual needs personalized attention in order to find and navigate a path to holistic well-being. Through an active and balanced lifestyle you can lead a long and enjoyable life. Getting stronger, building endurance, gaining flexibility, and eating a nutritious diet are all keys to feeling and looking better as well as realizing your full potential. I love watching my clients go through their individual transformations, it is very rewarding!

I have been working with Aaron for almost two years and he is fabulous. He comes to my house weekly and brings several different ways to train me each time. He listens to what I like and what I do not like, and he takes into account my limitations each session. And I truly like that he will come to my house for the training sessions, which fits better into my schedule. In addition, I find that I stay much more committed to working out when I have an appointment with Aaron, where in the past, without a trainer, I found many reasons to skip a workout. Aaron has also been great at advising me about nutrition and how I can change my diet to eat healthier. Aaron will not disappoint!

2 years ago I was told that I needed major back surgery and would be fairly limited as a result. When I got the go ahead for rehab I worked with Aaron and I am now back playing golf and picking up my grandchildren. He helped give me my life back.

After a nagging back injury, I was scared to work out again. Afraid of reinjury, I found myself out of shape and feeling frustrated. Friends connected me to Aaron. He has helped me safely develop a routine to regain my strength. Together we have also developed a nutrition plan that is realistic and helps me make sound decisions to feel good about myself. The accountability of having in-home training is something I needed, it also allows me to feel comfortable while getting back into shape. I'm so thankful for Aaron's guidance, encouragement and keeping me accountable!

He was very helpful, energetic, enthusiastic, and importantly fun. Never a dull moment with McCraine. Only thing keeping that last star is my own lack of excercise which I feel kept me from experiencing all that was offered to me. Aaron is also a great nutritional mentor. He knows what should be eaten, and what should be avoided if possible. When I stopped the sessions with Aaron to attend college, I feel that what we did helped me, and am glad I got to do what I did.

I am Barbara and I am 91 years old. I have had a great experience with aaron over the past 2 years. Since I have been working out with him I have not fallen and I feel more confident with daily activities. I plan to continue with him for time to come!
