- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate along with the cost of all and any supplies. I can do the job by charging an hourly rate plus the price of stock or I can work with you on giving a quote. Whatever best works for the customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have the customers phone number I will call the customer. We will discuss the job. I will meet with the customer to look at the job. I will give either a verbal quote or a written quote which ever the customer prefers. If quote is accepted I will than set up a date and time that works for the customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing electrical, Fire Alarms and Burglar alarms for 25+ years. I took electrical as a trade in High school for 2 years. I continued my education at Peterson's Electrical School in Woburn. I have a journeyman's electrical license. I also have Security system contractors and technician license along with a System S- License which you need to have a back ground check through the government to carry.
