Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and No Follow-Through I hired this business to reseal my driveway and repair existing cracks, with the assurance that the work came with a 3-year warranty. Unfortunately, within just one day, multiple cracks reappeared in the areas they supposedly repaired. I tried contacting Nikki several times before he finally returned my call, only to tell me he had run out of material during the job. He promised to come back in a couple of weeks once his equipment was fixed—but it’s now been over two months, and I haven’t seen or heard from him since. Despite paying promptly, I was promised paperwork to document the work and warranty, but I’ve received nothing. The job was clearly rushed, with no attention to detail. Several cracks were completely neglected, and many of the plants lining my driveway were damaged during the process. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I trusted this company to deliver professional service and stand by their warranty, but they’ve failed on every front.
