We recently purchased a house with an outdated, dark, cramped "finished" basement that we wanted to gut and restore to an unfinished state. Dave and his team did a great job of it, and we plan on having him come back for more. I'd highly recommend him.

I’m very pleased with the work Kingsley Improvements did for me. My basement was like a swimming pool, I cannot express the amount of stress I was under. Dave was able to schedule an apt for me right away and he provided me with an estimate right after the inspection. The next week they were here to do the work. Very professional workers, punctual, hard workers and easy to talk to if you have questions. They covered my machines in the basement with plastic and after the work was done they left the place CLEAN. All I can say is THANK YOU for making this process easy for me. I recommend Kingsley Improvements for your project. I will definitely use them for other services in the near future.

They encountered some problems in the removal process which they were prepared to handle. They did a super job far beyond my expectations. I would use them again and have already recommended them to others. Their price was very reasonable.

They excavated the concrete floor and exposed the buried cast iron pipes just as I wanted. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely use them again if the need arises for their services.

I have over 15 years of in the field experience. I go to local expos and hands on training provided by well known companies.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this industry because I enjoy working with concrete. It comes easy to me and I enjoy working on old foundations.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A project I was really fond of was the Ashlar Slate stamped concrete project we completed in 4 days in Halifax. It was one of our biggest ones being 38’x20’
