I met Chris through an ad on Craigslist for computer repair. He was very pleasant to talk to and explained everything thoroughly.(Not that I remembered it all). He came over right away. He was very thorough and he stayed with it until my problem was solved. His prices are very reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone and feel confident that he would give them the same service and satisfaction that he gave to us.

I have never worked with computer person who responded so quickly, listened so well, and didn't give up until he won out over even my most creative computer gremlins! I never have to worry if Chris will be too busy to help me, whether on site or via LogIn. He also understands my financial constraints and finds programs and services that are both free and reliable. He is both personable and professional. I truly can't think of a single complaint.
