Leo did a wonderful job with my house. He is mostly known and hired for his expertise in cabinet installation. However, he is also a general contractor. I purchased my house about three months ago. It is a 5000 ft.² house, including a finished basement. I was on a tight schedule, since I wanted to finish renovations and move into the house as soon as possible, considering that I was paying rent. For the first few weeks after purchasing the house, I met with many contractors/subcontractors. It was a very frustrating experience. I needed to paint the entire house, do a demo and rebuilding of two showers, Repaint the kitchen cabinets, change downspouts, repair rotten siding in multiple areas around the house, repaint decks and rebuild stairs to the deck, in addition to installing and doing the ductwork for a new island vent hood. First of all, there was no contractor that has an entire team of plumbers, painters, electricians and carpenters to do all this. All contractors take days and weeks to get back to you with a quote and most of the time they’re asking for outrageous prices then you end up chasing them and beg them to do their job. In the middle of all this, I reached out to Leo to ask him for his opinion on how to renovate the kitchen, since he has good reviews for his kitchen projects. He came, evaluated and immediately told me that a simple sand and repaint will transform my kitchen without spending too much money on refacing or any of other stuff the other “pros” recommended. Then he asked me about all the other things I want to do around the house. I gave him the entire list and within an hour he came back to me with an estimate and a proposed contract. From the first time I met Leo, I appreciated his solid advice, the way he thinks about saving the customer unnecessary costs and trying to do things in a budget friendly way without compromising quality. He is prompt, responsive, and stays in touch with the customer all the time. The price that he charged me for this entire project is 30 to 50% less compared to the other estimates that I got. It was no-brainer to hire Leo from day one. After signing the contract, his team showed up the next day and for every single day for the next two months. He was able to finish The project within the agreed-upon timeline. His team is very dedicated, hard-working, and they take pride in their work. They definitely do not need to be supervised or micromanaged. The vast majority of time while they were working on my house, I was actually at work or in my rental apartment. I would stop by once in a while to say hi and ask questions to educate myself, but I never felt that my presence was needed. When I had any questions about the work, I would simply text or call Leo and he would explain to me what the guys are doing and why. I will admit that I did not have any experience with contractors/subcontractors. I never had gone through renovations before, so I appreciated the time Leo took to explain to me the process and what to expect. I was nervous in the beginning, since I didn’t know how anything works, but Leo kept assuring me and I am glad that I just relaxed and trusted him with this project. After a couple of weeks of getting used to the team and understanding what’s going on, I simply would do a tour with Leo so he can show me the progress and that was it. Leo’s team did such a good job with my house that I kept adding new items to the contract and asking them to do more and more things, so I don’t have to deal with anything once I move to the house. I ended up asking his team to do decorative trims on the walls of two rooms and a bathroom. I added multiple wall sconces and chandeliers around the house, I also asked them to remove or relocate a lot of the electric outlets and many other such tasks. Obviously, in any renovation, there are unexpected things that inevitably arise, but I appreciated the patience and flexibility that Leo and his team have. They were able to navigate these technical and scheduling issues and still get the job done in record time. I’ve been living in this house for a week and it is absolutely gorgeous. Leo and his team were able to make our dream come true. I don’t know what I would’ve done without Leo and his team. I probably would’ve spent double the money and triple amount of time with a lot of headache and hassle and still not have comparable quality and outcome if I had gone with a different team. I would hire Leo again in the future and you should too. This guy saved me lot of money, time and headache and I will forever be grateful for his advice, value and quality of work.

Leo's company replaced the floor in our kitchen and dining room, demolished the old cabinets in the kitchen, put new ones in, and redid the wall. I'm pretty happy with the results in the end. The floors used to creak/squeak so one of the first things he did was put in LOTS of screws to attach the subfloor to the boards underneath to make sure they would never make noises again, and that's when I realized he would do a really good job that we'll be happy with. The floor came out beautiful, and it lines up with the hardwood outside the areas that needed work perfectly. He made a seamless transition. He also put in nice baseboards and trim to make the transition to the walls look beautiful. The company worked with us to figure out if a Lazy Susan would work in the corner, and as they said, it fits perfectly and the dishes are accessible even with the stove right next to it. Leo also suggested a couple of nice colors for the handles, and we went with one of them. I don't know why he kept saying we're going to have much more space (at one point saying 3x as much) when some of the corresponding drawers are actually much smaller and barely fit anything. In any case, the cabinets look very very nice, and we're quite happy with them. In the process of replacing the cabinets, he discovered an old metal drain pipe that was in the way of the cabinets. If kept as is, it would have taken up a lot of space inside the cabinets and made lots of holes in the nice walls of the cabinets, so he suggested removing it and replacing it with a plastic pipe that would go underneath the floor instead. His plumbers would have done it for $1300 but he said he'd do it for $600, and we went with him. It looks much better and functions really well; thank you very much for this, Leo! As one might imagine, not everything went smoothly in the process, and after some trouble with communication, we decided to go with the company he partners with for countertops directly, Space Countertop Inc., instead of him, this breaking a part of the contract. I think we ended up saving a couple hundred bucks this way but he was really upset with us for asking about the price per sq. ft. of the countertop and for breaking that part of the contract with him and going directly with the company, which hindered the progress with further work so I don't think it was really worth it in the end. For example, right now we're still missing a bit of caulk / paint that should have been there to cover the gap between the countertop and the wall. Apparently, this was Leo's job to put in while painting the wall so the color matches the wall's paint. There were a few scratches on the shelves inside the cabinets that he patched up using a touch up kit I ordered from Amazon; they look fine now. They also left a lot of debris and dust in the cabinets that took forever to clean up. They bought lots of supplies from Home Depot, gave me the receipts, and I paid for them. This was a bit frightening at first because I didn't know how much extra cost there was going to be that wasn't in the contract but it didn't come out to much compared to the whole expense (certainly less than $1000). The whole kitchen and dining room were painted and patched up really well, and we love the new ceiling lights he put into the kitchen. I really liked the professional tool he used that makes lights at a right angle on the ceiling to make the four new lights a perfect rectangle centered in the middle of the space. He's promised to also install new coverings for our air vents in the space if we buy them (he still needs to send us the link). Overall, I really like the results, and I'd say it was well with the money. Thank you, Leo!
