About
Experience, quality, and honestly.... all values that were instilled in me in my time in the Air Force. One of the unique aspects about this business is the "on-call" feature. Most trainers show up, train, and leave. With ProEx a phone number is provided to be in contact with your trainer with any questions you may have in between sessions Helping people.... above all else!

I've had several personal trainers before, but Thomas is definitely the best trainer I've had thus far. Other trainers tend to only look at a more short term aspect where they only focus on the hour you pay them for and only give you a set regimen to work out on. Thomas on the other hand looks at your long term goals and provides you with feedback on both fitness and nutrition. He also takes the time to get to know you as a person so that he can focus on your individual needs. If you need someone who can work your butt off and get the job done right, Thomas is the man.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone that you will connect with. Personal training is exactly that, personal. If not me make sure above all whoever you are with that you are in a fun, professional, and happy relationship.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Understand that it is exactly that... a profession, a craft, and should be treated as such. Training the human movement system is an art that takes not only years of study but unending continuing education. Too many trainers are quick to use a "plug and play" method. I am to craft a better human being not just earn a quick paycheck.
