Doctor Copy is a computer genius! He not only got my printer to to work but also amped up my WiFi! He hardwired my printer to the computer to avoid problems with print signals. Not ce guy, great work!

We have a small office with 4 printers and 2 copiers that are all connected to our network. Doctor Copy has been servicing them for over 6 years and have kept our machines running perfectly. When ever there was a problem, they would come out usually within 4 hours and most times were able to fix the problem right then and there, including problems we had with the network and scanning. I highly recommend Doctor Copy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base on site service rate is $135.00 per hour.
We are offering a 20% discount to new customers.
We also do in shop service on smaller machines brought into our location the price is $50.00, arrangements must be made before bringing in a machine.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we come out, asses the machine, give you a quote for repair costs and or parts needed. If we have to order parts and come back to install, we do NOT charge additional fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have many factory certifications from almost every copier/printer company in the USA. They also have hundreds of in house training hours.
