Holiday Special: Buy 1 week of personal training, get 2nd week FREE. That comes to $12 per session during the 2 weeks of training! We also have a nutrition store across from the training and help clients with their nutrition. I starting training with Phil about two weeks ago. I chose the private unlimited sessions and each session is an intense half hour which he has custom tailored to my special needs and restrictions. He creates a new and challenging workout every session. Therefore, these sessions are never boring. My plan is to stick with this program for 3 months and if I see measurable improvements after 12 weeks, I will stay with Phil's program indefinitely. I have to say that I am already seeing improvement in my mood and eating habits. I do recommend Phil. If you've been looking for an affordable personal trainer, try working out with Phil for three months and see how much your fitness routine improves. 😀

great trainer was doing really well too I got in a car accident and fractured my ribs eventually I plan on going back I don't know when but I'm hopeful

My experience at Just for you personal training has been excellent. I love the workout because every day it's something different and it's not your boring lifting weights and running on the treadmill. Phil also offers so much help anytime with nutrition questions which is huge for me! If your thinking about getting a personal training or going to the gym I highly recomend you take advantage of the free session. He offers so you can see for yourself that it really is a great place!
