Dan did an amazing job on all of our crown molding that we needed installed it came out wonderful. He was kind and courteous. He even took time after the job was doneto perform additional jobs that were not included in the original estimate and no extra charge.

Dan Hannagan is a very talented professional carpenter and designer. He tore out our old deck and rebuilt an extended version with materials that we will never have to paint and replace. The project required him to use the materials in a way that they really were not designed for since the new deck was angled to fit the edge of our walkway. He built a small roof for it so we could have our back door entrance protected from the weather. Dan also made recommendations for a new roof for our "doghouse" that leads into the basement. Dan is so dependable and incredibly talented. He is also kind, polite, and easy going. My husband was so happy that I found him and so am I! When he saw other issues he would mention them but did not pressure us into any projects we were not ready to do. As an example of his awesomeness, Dan saw that our Gazebo was crooked...it really bothered him and it has been like that for many years (bothered us too!). Dan told us he would take care of it for us and darn if he didn't. For the first time in 22 years it is straight as an arrow, just like all his work...he is very precise. He also put a window opening between our kitchen and front room which lets more light in. Next year we hope to have him back to put in hardwood stairs for us inside the house. DAN IS THE MAN! Look no further for a terrific craftsman. He also does Masonary/stone work. Marilyn and Fred McMillan

I hired Dan to build a treehouse for my sons. He stayed exactly within our set budget and built an awesome treehouse! The treehouse feels extremely solid and should last many many years. Dan also added a few details that my boys love, like a pulley and benches in the treehouse, as well as allowing us the option to add to our treehouse over time. The treehouse is a HUGE hit with all the neighborhood kids and we couldn't be happier with the end result. This was not a time sensitive project and took a little longer than expected, but Dan worked hard to get it done in a timely manner.
