Ken is an experienced professional who knows how to deal with customers and does excellent quality work. He asks questions and is open to ideas and suggestions. He takes his time to do things properly and understands the importance of details. My job included installing a custom mahogany deck (three separate areas plus full stairs), roofing, chimney work and replacing some rotted beams. Ken and team were well versed in handling each piece and creating great results while respecting the architectural integrity of the house. Ken's pricing is fair and his cost estimate was well thought out. Additional costs were modest (6% of total) and reflected additional and unexpected work. I enthusiastically recommend Ken and will use him again!
