- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every Job is different, however we do offer our constant care clients that request monthly visits a discount on our services. This usually applies to larger systems and/or Rental properties. Our experience is that short term renters do not notify the property owner of issues, some of which we have found to be severe.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we perform an initial consultation and determine, with the owner, what kind of services will be performed. Every job is different. It could be simply yearly servicing, a simple repair, a redesign of an existing system utilizing new water efficient products, troubleshooting problems, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I helped install my first system in 1984 and my father, a former horticulture teacher, taught this for a living providing me on the job training through years of experience.
