Introduction: I am a dance/movement therapist who works with all ages and abilities to bring body awareness into the process of self-discovery, agility, and creative endeavors. When I work with people as well as when I teach dance, I am able to meet each person exactly where they are, make suggestions that are specifically relevant to them and have fun.
