Tyler was very professional. He removed two bee nests that were high up. He also was very helpful with keeping the cost at a minimum, as he was able to reduce the cost by suggesting that he reach at least one bee nest from a window or the roof instead of his high ladder. The work is gauranteed, as I can call back in case I see more bees in the two sprayed areas. Thank you Tyler. I will def. hire your company again for any wildlife and pest matters.

Tim arrived a bit earlier than our scheduled time and that worked out perfectly. He was professional and knowledgeable about removing the bees nest we suspected in our backyard. Tim quickly assessed then job, suited up, found the nest and in no time, finished the job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small Family business. Customer satisfaction is paramount! If customer has a budget then we will do whatever we can to help the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and initial greeting. Inspection of immediate pest issue at hand. We let customer first explain what they are experiencing and from there we can investigate, offer and aid in the resolution of their personal pest issue. Once the customer feels comfortable and ready to hire, we will go above and beyond to resolve any problems. From there we apply 130 years of combined pest control experience from a business open since 1925.
