We felt really confident in the pestcontrol we received - not only did my husband and I feel confident in Tyler’s skill and knowledge, but he was also extremely kind and understanding of our nerves (being a new homeowner and having a potential mouse problem). Would 100% recommend and use again!

Originally I had one pestcontrol company come to my door before Safety Fumigate. The man had the personality of a dead flashlight battery and only cared about getting paid. When Tyler came, he was the direct opposite.
He answered my tons of questions, got back in touch with me when I had new questions, took precautions when it came to my kids and my dog, and did BEYOND an excellent jo!. He was very personable and got the job done correctly. You have a customer for life and I HIGHLY recommend them
Tyler was quick to respond to my inquiry, quick to get out to my house to assess the issues and came back multiple times (at no extra cost) to check and recheck our problems. He was friendly and helpful and so far successful at getting rid of the pesky guests in our basement! He also said he would come back if there were any further issues at no extra cost as well! Highly recommended!!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small Family business. Customer satisfaction is paramount! If customer has a budget then we will do whatever we can to help the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and initial greeting. Inspection of immediate pest issue at hand. We let customer first explain what they are experiencing and from there we can investigate, offer and aid in the resolution of their personal pest issue.
Once the customer feels comfortable and ready to hire, we will go above and beyond to resolve any problems.
From there we apply 130 years of combined pest control experience from a business open since 1925.
