The guys that came to the house amazed me. They were there on Saturday and it rained all day hats off to them. They did a wonderful job. I will hire them again on another project. And when the job was finished, they cleaned up and I never knew that they were their wonderful job

Fluency Contracting, under Minkai Wu, license number CS-114472, has delivered contracts to us which are illegal in the state of Massachusetts as they have no estimated completion time (Chap 142A Sec 2.3), he uses this as a pressure tactic to get us to open new contracts by refusing to finish the old ones (we hired him in May, he stopped working in October, we gave up trying to get him to finish in February). He has committed fraud in the form of charging for permits (several thousand dollars in total) which he never applied for or pulled (despite it being illegal to begin structural work before pulling the permit). The work he performed failed to pass inspection when we applied for a permit ourselves (image attached, all 3 of the LVLs in the beam need to be supported by blocks, not a "good try" 2-out-of-3). Attached a couple photos showing him being "sick" for 2-week straight, "scheduling to finish up" the same day as a forecast blizzard (Sunday Jan 7, https://www.foxweather.com/weather-news/weekend-noreaster-winter-weather-snow-wind-ice), and then being short a plumber required for the inspections (which, again, he never scheduled). This was all in a single month. We have filed a complaint against his license with the OCABR and recommend that you find someone else for your contracting needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for veterans and seniors. Our pricing from job to job is depending on difficulty of the project, our travel distance, and building stock inflation, no project cost is the same. Customer should never expect to pay same amount of dollar per project today vs pre-covid
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chatting with customer, find out what he/she has in mind, site visit, put together a budget plan and schedule timeline sending to customer for initial approval, customer accepted the budget plan and schedule timeline, we move forward with a signed construction contract.
