The guys that came to the house amazed me. They were there on Saturday and it rained all day hats off to them. They did a wonderful job. I will hire them again on another project. And when the job was finished, they cleaned up and I never knew that they were their wonderful job

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for veterans and seniors. Our pricing from job to job is depending on difficulty of the project, our travel distance, and building stock inflation, no project cost is the same. Customer should never expect to pay same amount of dollar per project today vs pre-covid
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chatting with customer, find out what he/she has in mind, site visit, put together a budget plan and schedule timeline sending to customer for initial approval, customer accepted the budget plan and schedule timeline, we move forward with a signed construction contract.

Quincy vocational tech electrical class 2003-2005, Peterson school electrical 2006-2007, Peter school construction supervisor 2010
