Maria came with another staff member and they worked 3 hours in my place giving it a great detailed cleaning. I will be having her come back every couple of weeks to maintain it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give customers discounts when they help recommend me to other people about my work, and when they do I won’t charge them for a cleaning (Only once)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients, for their first cleaning I charge per hour because for their first cleaning, the house were working on is always going to be dirty and the clients are new. Later, I charge per house instead of charging per hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have in this type of work is experience as I stated in the info in my bio.
