Aline did a PHENOMENAL cleaning job on my house this morning! She went above and beyond what was asked of her, including cleaning all windows, baseboards, and heaters (all of which needed to be done, but was not asked of her). She stayed beyond what was required of her to achieve perfection. I’ve never seen it smelled my house so clean!! It is SPOTLESS and I could not be happier with her work, punctuality, and professionalism. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give an estimate of the amount that will be charged and then we start negotiating, it all depends on what the client wants to be done and I only charge additional fees if you need additional work like cleaning the oven, refrigerator or windows!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try, first of all, to make myself available to meet the needs of my customers, understanding the best way I can, from fitting the time I would like to the end of cleaning, then I give my best because happy customer I'm happy
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I really learned to work with cleaning in the company of a wonderful person who was my boss for a long time and today has become a great friend
