We had 2 decks replaced with a new extruded composition material and they are beautiful. We also had window trim replaced with Azek and an ice dam problem on our porch diagnosed, drwall repair and shower regrouted. All jobs well done.

I produced a hard remodeling job. most contractors shyed away from. Gilardi construction actually took extra time to go over everything more than once. He took what I wanted and made better than what I was envisioning. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are always on time and willing to talk and explain every aspect of what they are doing

I offer hourly rates, time and material pricing, or fixed price contracts where applicable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet customer where the work is to be performed, discuss details of project and customers goals including different options or means of completing the project. Develop an estimate for the work and submit to customer. Sign contract once terms (including timeline) are agreed to and begin project as agreed to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years experience in general contracting and carpentry.
