- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t have any hidden fees. We provide you with a quote up front and that is the price you pay. If there are any changes that need to be made to the scope of work, we will give you an updated quote before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out to us we will talk through what they are looking to have done. We will schedule a site visit ASAP to assess the project and send a quote typically within 24hours of the visit. We answer any questions they may have about the abatement process.
