Vern was excellent! He was responsive and answered my questions in advance. He cleaned parts of my vent that a previous cleaner had failed to do a week before. Vern even stayed to make sure my dryer was working again after he cleaned the vent.

The service was great, had a dryer vent cleaning scheduled with this company. While showing him around we discovered that I had a bad leak in a pipe and the staff was amazing at trying to help with that problem and got my water shut off. Will definitely use this company again in the future.
