We had an incredible experience working with Bruno! From start to finish, he was extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us find the best solution for our home.
We recently purchased our first home and immediately pulled out the old carpeting, so we were looking to completely refresh the flooring. Bruno took the time to understand what we wanted, work within our tight timeline, and walk us through all of our options, from sanding and staining the existing floors to replacing sections with new flooring. We had several different types of wood to work with, and he thoughtfully helped us navigate the options to make sure everything came together beautifully.
What stood out most was how much we trusted Bruno throughout the entire process. I never once felt like he was trying to upsell us or push us toward something we didn't need. He was friendly, honest, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, and I always felt like he had our best interests in mind.
We couldn't be happier with the results! The floors look absolutely beautiful, and we are so excited to enjoy them in our new home. We already look forward to working with Bruno on future projects.

I have no words to describe my happiness with Prompt. Bruno came to my house, measured everything and worked on a very beautiful design. He and his crew installed my cabinets and did an amazing job.
