I hired Insulation & Energy Solutions to blow in insulation into my ceilings to help soundproof from my upstairs neighbors. Overall, I'm on the fence about it. The first day they used some tape on my kitchen walls to put up the plastic sheets and when they pulled it off, they pulled the paint off too. Now I am stuck having to repaint my entire kitchen, which is annoying and will cost me more money. I'm also not really happy with the end product - it hasn't helped with the noise from my neighbors at all, when I was told it would decrease the sound by 50-60%. Its just been an overall rather disappointing experience. I will say that they were very responsive and professional and the lead guy on the job was very nice and did apologize for the paint issue.

This company was excellent! From the very first phone call all the way through to the end of the project. They were fast, attentive & professional. I was overall very impressed with the customer service they provided and the end results. You don’t typically see this type of care/quality from contractors anymore. I will highly recommend them to all family/friends who have insulation and weatherization needs!

Spray Foam Tech Certificate & MA Save Vendor Certified. All of our staff (field workers & office employees) are fully trained & certified in spray foam insulation, regular insulation & air sealing/weatherization!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have an asbestos abatement company and constantly had customers asking us if we can reinsulate their home after we removed the hazardous material. So we decided to make the jump and open a full service insulation company!
