Mr. Drapeau arrived when he said he would. He got to work immediately troubleshooting the problem with the dishwasher. He determined that there were two problems that would require parts to be replaced. He checked on-line right there to see if those parts could still be sourced. Luckily they could. He was able to give us the price for the parts and the labor to do the job so that we could make an informed decision. We have decided to go ahead and fix this dishwasher since it has been a really good appliance and we will be having Mr. Drapeau do the work. While he was troubleshooting the problem with the dishwasher, he noticed that the water line from the faucet to the dishwasher was no longer up to code. It is a copper pipe and he explained to us that over time, it will corrode and rupture. He said we need to get a plumber to do that job. We plan to look for the plumber using Thumbtack because we were very happy finding Mr. Drapeau's appliance service through Thumbtack. I highly recommend him.

The experience was excellent. It turned out my dishwasher didn't need repair, so I was sorry to have to pay the fee, but I understood. Was extremely knowledgeable and explained to us various things that might have caused the problem, since there was no internal or external leak. We very much appreciated his knowledge.
