I hired Red Roof Catering for my daughters wedding. It was an outdoor wedding. Liz was extremely helpful, and professional. I have worked with caterers in the past and she out shined everyone of them. Her food was absolutely delicious, all the guest raved about the home cooked taste! Her menu options are varied to suit any need you may have, with not only taste but price. She was able to keep me within the budget even when my guest list went out of control.

I hired Red Root Catering for a 100th celebration of my Mother's birthday. Elizabeth and her staff were exceptional. The food was outstanding, as was the service. I received many compliments from the guests stating that they loved the food. I would highly recommend Elizabeth. Her professionalism along with the great food was beyond expectations.
