Was fine at first - decent work, good price - but when I had a second job we had a miscommunication (IMO, his fault - I had texted him what we wanted done - boiled down to 12” vs 8” columns) about what we wanted done and from then on he ghosted me - just stopped replying to messages, phone calls and so on. Ghosting me is why I’m unhappy, not bc of miscommunication

Gustavo and his team did good work in finishing 2 bathroom projects and shower head replacement in 3rd bathroom. The deal was to finish the work in a week but got delayed by 5 days more which was very disappointing. Otherwise his quote was reasonable and did a good job. Thank You.
