- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a fair rate , we are licensed and insured and we have a long career , we are very educated in many different construction subjects , unlike other companies that , yes they do the job , but they don’t have the years of experience and education we do .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know a bit more not just about the project or work they are looking to get done but also understand them and know more of them as a person or future friend . At NewGen we don’t just build home/business projects we build relationships with our clients
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vocational High school , former Home Depot home services region supervisor , certified home improvement contractor , construction supervisor license , OSHA certified contractor
