He took the time to set everything up on my phone and explained it in a way that was easy for me to understand and use. I found Next Tech Solutions through Thumbtack while my wife and I were struggling to get internet set up at our old brick house. We had a hard time even finding a provider, and when we finally did, getting them to actually follow through with the installation was a whole different challenge. On top of that, we needed a strong Wi-Fi signal not just in the house, but also in a converted garage where my mother lives. We found out the hard way that old brick and cement plaster make Wi-Fi coverage really difficult.I reached out to the company and got a response right away from the owner, Odaliz Breton. He came out quickly, looked over the property, and gave us a clear, fixed-price proposal that included all equipment and installation. No surprises.He showed up exactly on time for the install and spent about 10 hours running cables and setting up the system. He even came up with a smart solution that gave us strong Wi-Fi not only in the house and garage, but across most of the yard too. Everything worked perfectly right from the start and has continued to run flawlessly.Communication was great throughoutOdaliz always returned my calls and kept me updated. He did the work neatly and clearly takes his work seriously. You can tell he takes pride in doing things right.Honestly, it was such a breath of fresh air to work with someone like himan independent professional who genuinely caresrather than dealing with a big company that couldnt care less about us or the quality of their service. Great guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
