Troy came to my home and spent 30 minutes getting kitchen measurements and I was excited to see them. Unfortunately his communication is lacking. He told me he was working with another client first and would be in touch a few weeks later which was fine with me. I checked back in a month later and he said I hadn’t replied to an email so he thought I wasn’t interested anymore. I checked my emails and junk folder and never received anything from him. He never followed up on the email nor tried to get in touch via Thumbtack. He then said he would be in touch again the following week and wasn’t. I messaged him 2 weeks ago with no response. It’s too bad, I liked the work I’ve seen.
