Our owner and executive chef brings over 17 years of expertise in sushi, hibachi, and Asian cuisine. He has held head chef positions at several highly regarded establishments, including Ichigo Ichie (East Providence, RI), Sake Steakhouse (Mansfield, MA), Zen Hibachi Grill (Wareham, MA), and Osaka Steakhouse (Brookline, MA).
