Introduction: I really try and have a relationship with the people I photograph before we actually begin to shoot. Because of that, they are comfortable around me and can be themselves in front of the camera. I've also had people tell me they don't realize when they're being photographed, which has made for some really special moments and great pictures of my subject simply being who they are in the moment.
Capturing memories is by far the best part about being a photographer. There is nothing better than seeing someone's face light up as they look at the pictures you've taken. Whether it is capturing their child's birthday or a wedding, it is an honor to be a part of major life events like those.
