- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fairly priced. Our food service is top quality. Never packaged or pre-made plates. We do offer discounts when applicable. We offer 100% quality & service. We do request $500. save the date fee which is returned in final payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with you first. Listen to what your service will require. We offer you options to help set your goals. We then will take the time to give you a fair quote within 2 days. We then like to have time to discuss the quote and make simple changes if need be. After that we have you come back and sample the food request that you choose. We then will seal and save your dates and work along side you all the way. We come to your service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in Food and Beverage my entire adult life. Working from fast food Pizza and Breakfast restaurants, Corporate Restaurants, Hotels, working with Events & Planning. Meal Prep, Cooking, set-up Ballrooms to Breaking down. Floral Designer with 10 yrs. experience in a flower shop. My partner Bill has a life long history of BBQ experience working with equipment of our own. 32 foot BBQ trailer that we bring to cook on. Fully equipped for on site service
