Promises made, Promises kept. I am happy to provide this most positive review of my experience with Custom Bath. One of my life's pet peeves are people that don't do what they say they are going to do.
To start the process, Pedro was on time, professional, informative, was excellent in sizing up and estimating our project.
Huy and Sylvani were the installers. The two and one half day shower remodel was excellent. I noted their daily punctuality, dedication to customer service, workmanship, cleanliness, and materials. They left my house and garage cleaner than when they arrived.
Thiago was the production manager that visited the workman to make sure all was going perfectly and supervised the availability of needed materials . As production manager his job was to make sure the project went smoothly as possible. It has been almost three weeks since our remodel, and I have no complaints whatsoever. Thiago Braga is dedicated to customer satisfaction and is an asset to the company.
I never go with low bidder on projects. As anyone knows if you go with low bidder, you are asking for trouble. I always remember, "you get what you pay for" in workmanship, materials, and the job starting and ending on time as promised.
In conclusion we are satisfied, with the value paid for materials and workmanship. We were anticipating a double digit expense. Bathroom remodeling is not cheap.
In every aspect of our project, Custom Bath was very responsive to our questions and concerns proving they were listen to us along the way.
I highly recommend Custom Bath for your bathroom/shower remodel. Their dedication to professionalism, work quality, and punctuality is much appreciated.

We had a small bathroom renovated. The designer (Cathy) came to our house to see the space and listened to what we wanted. We received color pictures of the design which helped us visualize our plan. We met the project leader Luis before the work began. I was kept informed daily about work crew arrivals for the next day. Each work crew did a fabulous job, meticulous with their work - demolition, plumbing, electricity, carpentry, plastering, installation, painting. The final result is beautiful, exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Custom Bath and Kitchens.

I had custom bath do 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens in my 2-family investment property. They did a great job with the kitchen design especially with a tricky layout, and it came out beautiful! I get so many compliments on everything. John was our sales rep and he came to the house and reviewed all our options and I was surprised how quickly they were able to get the work done. Professional and very fair pricing. Highly recommend!
