I have Weekly Appointments after 7 PM at Night, Then All Day on Saturday and Sunday. Services start at $75.00 hour, I bill per the hour of service not per task. This allows me to create a more upfront billing model as computer issues can change mid way working though computer fix. Simple Issues would take about 1 hour. More Advanced Troubleshooting of Computer issues normal would be 2 - 3 hours. Even at 3 hours you are looking at $225. Parts are not included if needed.

I asked Mike to repair my laptop because DELL was unreasonable to their prices. Mike researched the repair and we talked on the phone. He was very professional, and honest with me that doing the repair himself might not be too different from DELL for good reasons. I highly recommend Mike because he is honest and will work for YOUR interest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sent out a Message first through Thumbtack Messager to understand the issues and make an on-site appointment. If not reply after 30 minutes. Then we will call to work to make an appointment to come and fix your computer issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed a credited computer repair and networking course in Lincoln, RI I have earned and hold the following certifications CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Linux +, and Microsoft Certified professional. I have 9 years of Corporate-level help desk work experience with a Few Future 5 Companies. Along with Self Learning Computer Repair and Computer Building, as well as self-learning with computer applications.
