- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% of every walk and training session go to the Yankee golden retriever rescue in Hudson, Massachusetts. We offer 10% off for customers who booked a recurring service. We offer an additional 10% off for rescue dogs as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a 15 to 30 minute meet and greet with you and the dog. This allows us to be able to do a quick assessment and answer any questions or concerns from the owners. The first session is typically a solo session just to build engagement with your dog, then they will be slowly appreciated with the rest of the pack packs run in 3-5 dogs.
