Jim started the work right on time and worked until evening. He and his team worked really hard on the hot sunny day and completed the gazebo assembly and installation on the same day. He also provided suggestions on the best locations to install the gazebo on our newly built patio.

That they are based on my travel time and labor time. Addition cost (materials, etc) are additional
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to speak thru texting or phone call. Maybe if they can send me pictures of project.
Then if I'm not sure ill schedule a visit to view project and then speak to client about the time, price and scheduling date
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Really just self taught. Worked with some very talented contractors over the years
