- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That they are based on my travel time and labor time. Addition cost (materials, etc) are additional
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to speak thru texting or phone call. Maybe if they can send me pictures of project. Then if I'm not sure ill schedule a visit to view project and then speak to client about the time, price and scheduling date
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Really just self taught. Worked with some very talented contractors over the years
