- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers that choose for weekly or bi-weekly service has a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when we are in the process of securing a new client we highly recommend doing a walk through of the property (home, business etc). It allows us to know ahead of time what the extent of the project is. Everyone's idea of what clean and or dirty is always tends to be different. Over the phone I may quote you for a standard cleaning and come to find out you really need a deep cleaning which may change the price and may change your mind at the time of service. So we like to make sure that we are all on the same page. After a walk through has been conducted a proposal will be sent out via e-mail or text message, you'll respond to either agree or disagree and then we come clean until the work is done.

We do Residential projects, Commercial projects and Post Construction projects.
