I have been having a hard time keeping up with housework lately. I booked a cleaning online with Helpful Cleaners ,The website was easy to use even for the computer challenged (like me ). After booking the cleaning I had a few questions and I used the chat feature and Abby answered them very quickly, I was a little nervous on cleaning day, but Lucy showed up on time and ready to clean ! She worked very hard until my house was tidy and sparkling My stainless appliances were shiny and have never looked so good Even my mother in law commented how nice the house looked . We do! We have a flat rate pricing system that's based off the number of bedrooms and bathrooms your home has! You can find out the price of your next home cleaning right from our website and even add extra services such as oven or window cleanings as well!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a booking, we reach out to our customers via email to confirm their appointment. We have created a mobile app that allows customers to track, manage, and re-schedule home cleanings right from their mobile devices. If a customer ever has any questions, we are always available via chat on our website or email/phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience ranging from 5-star hotel housekeeping to personal live-in maids, and everything else in between. We bring 20+ years of experience to your beautiful home!
