- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Pricing is by job to job basis. Pricing depends strictly on the size of home, how much time is needed and what is needed to be cleaned. *I do not work by the hour *Payment is expected the day of cleaning. I accept cash, checks or venmo.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*I will always go out to look at the home prior to cleaning to evaluate what needs to be cleaned, and how much time I will need. It is very rare I will take on a job without inspecting the home first. I always will ask to meet with the home owner directly to go over expectations and concerns. *All customers are asked to sign a contract of job to be performed along with negioated/fixed price. * I have the right to refuse business with anyone if I feel my time and effort is not being respected! If i feel customer is over stepping boundaries and requesting work to be done that was not originally negotiated I have the right to charge an extra fee on top of original fixed priced. *All homes are treated with the upmost respect and consideration of homeowner. I treat all homes as if they where personally my own.
