I hired this company to spread decorative stone around a patio for me. We discussed that I wanted landscape fabric placed under all of the stone to keep weeds out. After the job was complete and paid for, I noticed that there were several large areas where landscape fabric was never placed. When bringing this to Nilton’s attention, he acknowledged that his guys ran out of fabric and made the decision to continue spreading stone without it. We agreed that his guys should have informed me about the issue, rather than just continuing, as I had extra fabric at my house had they just let me know. Nilton was unwilling to work with me to help correct the issue, other than offering to charge me another $800 to come fix it. It’s frustrating that he won’t come out to fix the issue at no charge given that it was a communication error made on their end.
