- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ABOUT VALUES: * Usually these are calculated by Sq. Ft, using as a base the value of $25 for patios and walkway's. ** Our base is in Marlborough - MA, but we serve in all nearby regions. If your city is in another state, or a little far from us, the base amount charged by Sq. Ft may undergo a small change. *** The default value used for stone walls or columns (or block) is $33 per Sq Ft, and may also change according to your location!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, thank you for your interest in our team! So this will be done in a light and functional way: - You will be contacted by one of our attendants to schedule a face-to-face estimate; - We'll come to you! We will measure your space and gather some information about the project. It's very important to listen to what your family has in mind, so don't be afraid to talk :) - We will exchange some ideas and suggestions in order to better service until the final process! (It is at this stage that we will discuss the colors, the materials used, see some photos, among other things). - After collecting this information, your estimate will be sent. (This process can be done through the Thumbtack application, by email or text message). - If both parties are in agreement, the work will begin on the scheduled date. (At this stage, you will receive all the information in writing regarding the values, deadlines, guarantees, among others.) ** May God bless you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working for 18 years in this field is very rewarding to see many families fulfilling childhood dreams such as: a beautiful outdoor functional area, with swimming pool, barbecue among others... but this process requires SAFETY! We have the courses related to work safety, and all the necessary insurance to perform such a function!
