What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me through my facebook page, email, or phone and we will set up an in-person consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss your needs, vision, material options, scheduling, and address special situations (if any). Based on our conversations, I will put together an estimate, then we can get scheduling set.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Various specialized workshops, training courses, and seminars, in addition to 23+ years of real-world training on the job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started as a summer job for an uncle when I was 15, and grew from there. We still collaborate when we have the chance.
