Introduction: I like being able to capture a moment in time for a client with my photos. A photo is like time travel or freezing a moment which is forever present in your mind. Taking a photo of a young child and years later seeing the child all grown up, you'll appreciate those special moments.

In addition to Matt's skill as a photographer, he is such an amiable and pleasant person, it made our photo session feel relaxed and fun. Matt, a father himself, knows how to put children and parents at ease, and he gave our family a lovely, memorable afternoon. I'm sure Matt worked hard on the beautiful photos which resulted from the day, but it was easy for us!

We had a great photo session with Matt. He was quick which is important with small children and got some fabulous shots. The only bad part was the weather but no one can control the weather!

Matt was fantastic to work with-especially given that we were trying to get a family portrait with two adults and four children ages 6 months to 8 years old! He managed to have us all smiling and the pictures were absolutely beautiful. I would recommend him to anyone!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have done outdoor weddings and on location portrait photography. I have done family, individuals, high school senior portraits, kids, babies, etc. But I feel that my skill is not limited to any particular type of photography. I have also done events, wild life and architectural photography. I think if you have the skill and talent, any photo job is possible.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice to a customer seeking a high quality photographer in their area is: 1) Look at the images in their portfolio 2) Are the photos you see similar to your style? Do you prefer more formal or candid photos, etc? 3) Is the price within your budget for your photography need? 4) And finally does the person seem reputable? Do they list on reputable sites like Thumbtack, do they have a web presence, do they have recommendations, etc.
